Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc ("CMN") acquires an additional 50% interest in Colliers Jardine Holding Ltd., resulting in their full ownership.

A Global Leader
For the first time, revenue tops $1 billion. Colliers ranks first in the world in terms of global reach, second largest in revenue, third largest in number of people, and fourth largest in property under management.

2000

Colliers Offers Real Estate Investment Banking and Capital Markets Services
With the formation of Colliers Apogee, the organisation now raises private equity and debt for real estate operating companies (including REITs and privately held developer owners), arranges sale-leaseback and synthetic lease transactions, executes large property and portfolio sales and arranges structured project finance.

US Firms Get Stronger
Colliers International firms in the United States and around the world merge to better serve their clients through an expansion of services. New firms are established.

Restructuring For A Truly Integrated Global Service
Colliers Jardine restructured its ownership to give an equal shareholding to the leading North American property services group, Colliers Macaulay Nicolls (CMN).

Colliers Continues Growth
Colliers continues its growth strategy aimed at anticipating clients’ needs and providing services in emerging markets. New offices in South America and South Africa were added.

1991

Colliers Jardine in Asia Pacific
The real estate operation of the Jardine Matheson Group merges with the Australian and New Zealand offices of Colliers International to form Colliers Jardine.

1990

Colliers International Extends to New Boundaries and Emerging Markets
Colliers reconfigures its European coverage by establishing offices throughout the region to join Colliers International whilst exporting or developing talent in the new markets of the former Eastern bloc.

1989

On Line...Worldwide
Communication reaches a new level when Colliers electronically links its offices.

1986

Asia Pacific Division Grows Stronger
Colliers becomes partners with Jardine Matheson Ltd., a trading company founded in 1832 in China. Jardine operates in 20 countries, employing 120,000 people. Colliers Jardine has grown to include 35 property offices throughout Asia Pacific.

1985

The Merger
Professionals at opposite ends of the globe form an alliance of shareholding members. The Americans adopt the Colliers name and a corporation is formalized with a headquarters established in Boston.

1974

Colliers International
Property Consultants Begins in Australia
Several successful property companies merge and adopt the name of their mentor, Ronald Collier, a Chartered Surveyor who was instrumental in the development of the profession in Australia. Colliers rapidly grows throughout the Asia Pacific and Canada.

Colliers International Thailand is established through combining the resources of the global real estate services firm Colliers International and Pasupat Realty Co. Ltd., an established and respected Bangkok-based firm with more than 20 years of in-depth, comprehensive knowledge of the property market in Thailand.

Colliers International Thailand offers the full range of transactional and professional services as a real estate consultant in Thailand.

2008

Colliers International Thailand opens its first branch office in Pattaya, Thailand providing all Colliers’ service lines to the Eastern Seaboard region.

2009

Colliers International Thailand wins its first major property management instruction at Assumption University (Suvarnabhumi Campus)

2009

Total staff count reaches 100

2010

A key milestone for Colliers International Asia Pacific as the offices in the region launch the new global brand.

2010

Colliers International Thailand wins the “Best Agent (Eastern Seaboard)” and “Best Agent Bangkok (Highly Commended) at the Thailand Property Awards

2011

Colliers International Thailand hosts the “Asia Connect Conference 2011” at Four Seasons Hotel, Bangkok attended by more than 200 Colliers professionals from around the globe to strengthen service lines, promote service excellence, disseminate expertise and develop sustainable business practices, environments and workplaces for our clients around the region

Colliers International Thailand opens its second branch office in Hua Hin, Thailand and provides its full range of services.
