Job Description:
Receive and transfer incoming call to the destination timely with impressive service including give proper advices in case having problem in handling some call. Ensure the telephone line in all departments can be communicated perfectly. Perform a good hospitality to company visitors, guests, customer and employee as professional manner. Provide Transportation and Mailing service for management and employee in proper time Monitor and control Maid service and always keep reception areas and Meeting Room tidy and ready to use. Prepare monthly reports on communication and transportation expenses, List of guest and visitors, including any report as assigned. Support for administrative functions and documentation as assigned.
Qualification: - Female/Male
- Proficient in using Computer (e-mail & internet)
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills with pleasant personality and service mind
- Discipline and commitment-oriented and high responsibility
- Able to work under pressure with systematic thinking and good team player
- Able to generate creative solution to problems.
- Able to work in Pattaya and flexible hours. (now we open Mon to Sat, but it the future, we may be opening on Sunday too)
- Able to work 6 days per week and public holidays or as assigned. (Usually, the admin will get a day off a day before or after
public holiday.)
