Bangkok Serviced Apartment Q4-2010
The year 2010 was a difficult one for the serviced apartment market in Bangkok as occupancy rates plunged during the protests of April and May. Although the market picked up in Q3 2010 the figures for Q4 show that occupancy remains moribund and there is now a danger that this will be carried on into 2011.
